NEWS UPDATES
Three of our properties underwent comprehensive refurbishment ready for this term (2010/2011) with two additional new properties added to our portfolio.
RENOVATION WORKS
Several of our properties have received internal makeovers, walls being removed to open up living room/dining areas to enhance and maximise the living space. Bathrooms and kitchens have been replaced and lots of new furniture added.
All our properties underwent intensive inspections ready for July handovers, with numerous carpets, beds, mattresses, furniture and white goods being replaced, thus fulfilling our commitment to maintaining “QUALITY RENTALS AT REALISTIC PRICES”
