How do I arrange a viewing?
Just ring us on 0114 263 1188 or 07866 71473. Or just pop in to our office. A member of staff will arrange to collect your party and take you round. They will be able to answer any questions you may have. We like to give our current tenants at least 24 hours notice for a planned viewing. Wherever possible we do like to take your whole group around the property in one visit- this causes less disruption to our existing tenants. We ask that you do not call at the property to request a viewing as we respect the privacy of our tenants.
We like the property: what do we do now?
You can come into our office and have a look through the tenancy agreement. When you are happy you can sign it on the spot, or make an appointment at a time to suit you. Until we have a fully signed Tenancy Agreement we will continue with viewings at the property and treat it as still available to let.
